Common Questions
Do I need to clean the equipment?
The equipment should be returned in the same condition it was received. We sanitize the equipment after each use, but we also recommend cleaning it before you use it.
What if something breaks?
Normal wear is expected. Just let us know if something seems damaged.
What if it rains?
Contact us — we’re reasonable and flexible when weather interferes.
Where do you deliver? What are the fees?
Galesburg, Kalamazoo, Richland, Portage, Plainwell, Battle Creek, and the surrounding areas.
$25 — Delivery within 10 miles of Richland
$40 — Delivery within 10–20 miles of Richland
$60+ — 20+ miles away (case-by-case)

How do I pay, and is it secure?
We will send you an invoice and collect payment via Stripe. Stripe is a well-respected service used by companies like Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. Stripe adheres to the highest industry security standards. Hood's Happenings does not collect or hold card numbers.
